Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Local customers can also choose store pickup at our Brooklyn location at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders, including personalized orders, are made and ready to ship in about 2 weeks. The processing time is shown on each product page.

Need it faster? Add Rush Processing to your order and we will process it within 1 week or less. Rush Processing speeds up production only; for faster delivery also choose an express shipping method (such as 2-Day Air) at checkout, or store pickup.

Shipping cost and delivery

Shipping is sent by UPS. The cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates from the carrier and start once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will gladly help you track a package.

If you have an event date, please tell us when you order, and order early enough to allow for processing and shipping.

Address and damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, re-shipping will be charged. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
